DELIVERY & RETURN
Collection / delivery
You can pick up your purchases directly at two collection points, either in Repentigny or Anjou. Delivery costs are free for any order delivered within 10 km of the workshop (Repentigny), or for any purchase of CAN $ 200 or more. For all other orders whose value does not reach $ 200, delivery charges are at the customer's expense and calculated per order. Orders are delivered by Canada Post within 3 to 7 working days following confirmation of shipment and supplier's goodwill.
Returns and Refunds
No return or refund will be accepted. I am not responsible or in control of Canada Post. In the event of a problem, contact me via katialauture@hotmail.com. If the reason is valid, I will be happy to make an arrangement with you.
